How can I clean the Kiddies?
The Kiddies can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Important: Do not immerse the earmuffs in water.

What can I do if the Kiddies is too tight for my child?
The Kiddies can be stretched over a soccer ball for several hours so that the tension pressure is reduced. If the Kiddies is then still too tight, this can of course be repeated.

Sehr gutes Produkt

Soweit ist die Verarbeitung gut , optisch sehen sie sehr gut aus und der Schallschutz scheint auch gut zu sein. Einzig die Festigkeit ist viel zu hoch. Mein Sohn hat ständig gesagt das sie zu fest am Kopf sitzen. Daher würde ich sie nicht erneut kaufen

Leider keine Antwort auf Rückfrage

Produkt an sich ist gut, gute Dämmung, wirkt nicht billig. Aber die Bügel lassen sich nicht richtig größenverstellen (passen trotzdem einigermaßen gut), sind recht eng und der Gehörschutz kommt mir insgesamt recht schwer vor. Für größere Kinder ist er sicher gut, für meine 2-Jährige vielleicht noch nicht ganz passend (da steht "ab 12 Monaten" - das sehe ich definitiv anders). Ich habe wegen der Einstellbarkeit der Bügel eine freundliche Mail an den Hersteller (=Verkäufer) geschrieben und leider keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Das finde ich schade.
