Return / Refund

You can use the return form to get a return label. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of 2.99€.

Once we receive the return, you will be refunded the full amount within 1-2 days.

No, you will not receive a new invoice. If you still need one, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping / Delivery

We ship with DHL GOGREEN. The products usually arrive within 2-3 business days.

If you need your package very quickly, then you can choose same-day shipping for 1,99€. Orders received before 2pm will be prioritized and shipped the same day.

Yes, we deliver not only to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but also to the following European countries:

Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Macedonia, Spain (except Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Las Palmas Province, Melilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife Province), Romania, Sweden, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Within Germany we bear the shipping costs. From an order value of 50€ the shipping to Austria is also free of charge.

Depending on the area of use, a specific hearing protection is needed. Our products cover a wide range of applications - be it for sleeping, focusing, partying, working or switching off. Under the respective product you will find information about the different areas of application. You are still unsure? Then feel free to contact us.

Our Mini+ is suitable for children with a head circumference up to 52 cm, which corresponds to children up to 12 months.

For children older than 12 months, the SCHALLWERK® Kiddies is more suitable, which fits up to a head circumference of 60 cm.

We recommend that you measure your child's head circumference before choosing the right hearing protection, despite the age specification.

Our Work+ attenuates noise the most, but it is not physically possible for every sound to be completely muffled by hearing protection, so that you can no longer hear anything.

SNR stands for Single Number Rating and provides information about the protective effect of hearing protection products. The SNR value is an averaged attenuation value over all relevant frequencies, because the sound attenuation naturally changes depending on the frequency.

No, the filter does not need to be changed. Our products are characterized by durability and quality.

Only the Soft+ is waterproof, all other products are not. Therefore, they should also not come into contact with water, otherwise the effect may be impaired.
