How can I clean the Strong+?
Remove the membrane filter from the silicone housing and wash the silicone plug (without filter) with a mild detergent and lukewarm water.
Are the Strong+ BPA-free?
Yes, all our products are BPA-free.
Is there a cord attached to the earplugs?
No, our products don't come with a cord. However, they do come with a small, waterproof container that's perfect for attaching to your keychain.
Does the filter need to be replaced at some point?
The filters themselves do not need to be replaced as long as they are used properly. The filter only needs to be removed for cleaning.
What are the Strong+ suitable for?
The Strong+ earbuds are versatile and ideal for everyday use, in the office, at work (e.g., in kindergarten), and anywhere where there is high noise. Conversations can still be heard without any problems.
Are the earplugs suitable for children?
No. For children, we recommend either the SCHALLWERK® Mini or Kiddies hearing protection, depending on their age and head circumference.
