Who it is for
For anyone who cannot fall asleep next to snoring, street noise or in hotels. The membrane filter lowers the level by SNR 22 dB to EN 352-2:2020 but lets the alarm clock, baby monitor and doorbell through. If you want maximum quiet rather than audibility, choose the Soft+ with SNR 27 dB.
Fit and wearing
Two flanges of soft material sit flat in the ear canal, so nothing presses when sleeping on your side. Pull the outer ear up and back, insert the plug with a slight twist until it seals. The first two or three nights feel unfamiliar, after that you forget it is there.
Care and lifespan
After getting up, rinse with lukewarm water and a little soap, let dry and store in the case supplied. The plugs then last many months. Replace them when the material cracks or discolours.

How can I clean the Sleep+?
Remove the membrane filter from the silicone housing and wash the silicone plug (without filter) with a mild detergent and lukewarm water.
Are the Sleep+ Bpa-free?
Yes, all our products are Bpa-free.
Is there a cord attached to the earplugs?
No, there is no cord attached to our products. However, a small, waterproof box is included, which is great to attach to your keychain.
Do the filters ever need to be replaced?
The filters themselves do not need to be replaced, as long as they are used properly. The filter only needs to be removed for cleaning.
What are the Sleep+ suitable for?
The Sleep+ are designed for quiet and restful sleep. Loud neighbors, street noise or snoring are muffled to a pleasant volume. You can still hear the alarm clock.
Are theearplugs suitable for children?
No. For children, we recommend either the SCHALLWERK® Mini or Kiddies hearing protection, depending on age and head circumference.
Is the Sleep+ also suitable for side sleepers?
Yes, the Sleep+ can also be used by side sleepers without any problems.
Does the Sleep+ have two different earplug sizes?
So far, the Sleep+ is only available in one size and is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized ears.
Does the Sleep+ completely muffle all sounds?
Our Sleep+ muffles sounds, however it is not physically possible for completely every sound to be muffled by hearing protection so that you can't hear anything. If you are not satisfied with the Sleep+, you can also try our Soft+ earplugs. These seal the ear completely.
