Remove the membrane filter from the silicone housing and wash the silicone plug (without filter) with a mild detergent and lukewarm water.

Are the Music+ Bpa-free?
Yes, all our products are Bpa-free.

Is there a cord attached to the earplugs?
No, there is no cord attached to our products. However, there is a small tin that can be attached to your keychain.

Do the filters ever need to be replaced?
The filters themselves do not need to be replaced, as long as they are used properly. The filter only needs to be removed for cleaning.

What material is the transport container made of?
The container is made of aluminum with laser engraving. In addition, a rubber seal is attached to the screw cap, which protects the SCHALLWERK® earplugs from penetrating liquids.

Liebes Schallwerk Team Ich habe die Ohrstöpsel bei drei Konzerten getragen und bin total begeistert. Ich habe bei den ersten beiden Konzerten ein bisschen Anpassungsschwierigkeiten gehabt aber beim dritten Konzert hat’s dann echt gut funktioniert, vorallem weil die Musik trotz Gehörschutz gut und sauber zu hören war.
